Community Room

The Community Room on the second floor of the building is used for over 500 sessions each year. It has the most superb views of Swanage Bay, Ballard Down, the Isle of Wight and the distant coastline of Bournemouth and beyond. It has a public entertainments licence for 100 people and can be hired for as little as £15 for a club session.

Every morning, when not otherwise booked, it is given free to The Mowlem Elders Circle which is an informal gathering of the older residents and their friends who are provided with tea, coffee and biscuits.

The room is often used for lectures, small conferences and shows.
